Presentation of primary malignant melanoma of the vagina. Summary of clinical findings and management. Case report. Nemocnice Pardubického kraje a.s., Porodnicko-gynekologická klinika, Pardubice. We report a case of primary malignat melanoma in a 44 year old woman, with symptoms of abnormal vaginal bleeding and painful intercourse. Primary malignant melanoma of the vagina is rare disease. Goal of therapy is complete removal of primary tumor.
