Clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of prostate cancer in patients with different PSA concentrations

目的: 探讨超声造影在不同PSA含量前列腺癌诊断中的临床价值。方法: 对186例患者按照不同PSA值分为3组: PSA 4~10 μg/L组, >10~20 μg/L组和>20 μg/L组,行经直肠前列腺超声造影,记录超声造影声像图特征后穿刺活检,所得病理结果与不同PSA含量超声造影声像图特征相比较,统计分析前列腺癌与良性病变超声造影声像图特征的差异。结果: 全组超声造影共计186例,其中穿刺活检确诊前列腺癌118例(63.4%),良性病变68例(36.6%)。各组之间超声造影诊断前列腺癌的阳性率均在95%以上。在PSA 4~10 μg/L及>10~20 μg/L两组中,与常规超声相比,超声造影诊断前列腺癌检出率均存在明显统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论: 超声造影对于前列腺癌具有较高的检出率,特别是对于低PSA值患者,可以成为临床价值较高的诊断技术之一。.
