In the period from 2010 to 2014 treated 76 patients (women - 12, men - 64) on the neck phlegmon of different origin. The first step of treatment was the throat sanation to eliminate etiological factor. Providing emergency care with abscess tonsillectomy. Further disclosed parapharynaeal abscess through tonsil bed niche or perform tonsillectomy in the "hot" periods for indicated.
