Review of modern opinions and tendencies, concerning the role of laparoscopic surgery for the staging and treatment of ovarian cancer stage I-II. The laparoscopic approach of surgical staging of early ovarian cancer is equal and even has more advantages then conventional laparotomy if it is performed from gynecologists- oncologists with enough skills and experience in laparoscopic surgery.
