A 2,5-month-old boy came to the clinic with complaints of projectile vomiting. Earlier, 2 ultrasounds, which had been made because of similar complaints, had shown signs of borderline pyloric hypertrophy and no signs of pyloric hypertrophy, respectively. A new ultrasound was made; it showed pyloric hypertrophy.
