The method of regional intrahepatic chemotherapy was elaborated and introduce into the practice. The results of treatment of 171 patients for primary and metastatic hepatic cancer were presented. Application of locoregional chemotherapy secures an optimal concentration of the chemopreparation in the tumor core, the chemotherapy efficacy raising with significant lowering of the toxic adverse effects rate.
