Solres 92 is the benchmark scheme in the Hauts-de-Seine department for the national platform created to respond to the mistreatment of elderly or disabled people (3977). Since 2003, this association has provided mediation and prevention actions in order to support professionals in the field and families facing complex situations of mistreatment. Multidisciplinary reflection is a prerequisite to any recommendations.
