Recently prevalence of allergic diseases has become increasing all over the world. Various type of guideline of strategies for allergic diseases has published in many countries of the world. But we cannot find any systemic guideline for diagnosis and treatment of many type of allergic diseases together. Japanese Society of Allergology has recommended a new type of guideline for diagnosis and treatment for bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis and food allergy systematically in 2007. We hope this type of guideline will be useful to the total allergist for their education. Moreover, we will try to revise the guideline of strategies to the finest one in near future.
