The actual problems of pre-clinical toxicological expertise of medicaments

The development of pre-clinical toxicological expertise of medicaments in Russia is accompanied of improvement in research and expertise methods, inculcation of international standards. The main principles of expertise were development: experts' competency and objectivity; experts' independence in realization their procurations and noninterference of persons who represent interest of the expertise client in experts' actions; abidance by lawfulness in expertise procedures; fullness of expertise, corresponding to state-of-the-art world level of scientific, technical and technological knowledge subject to normative legal documents regulating pharmacotoxicological examinations performance; systematization of expert scientific analysis; abidance by principles of biomedical ethics; uniqueness of each medicament; service to interests of patient and of community health protection.
