Identification of amelogenesis imperfecta at an early age is vital for setting up preventive measures to minimize tooth loss and maintain periodontal health. This article discusses the treatment of one such case by breaking it into several stages. Occlusal splint therapy, establishment of anterior guidance and splitting the treatment into manageable steps as outlined are generally applicable when a reorganized approach is taken towards reconstruction.
