Alere Medical has teamed up with Joslin Diabetes Centers to create a diabetes program that developers believe includes the 'best of everything' DM has to offer today. The approach is now being piloted in a group of high-risk senior patients at Health Net of Arizona with the hope that it can soon be expanded to many more patients and populations.
