Effects of Siwu Tang on protein expression of HFCL

To investigate the effects of Siwu Tang on HFCL proliferation and protein expression of bone marrow stromal cells and to discuss molecular mechanism of enriching blood functions of Siwu Tang. MTT, flow cytometry and proteomics were used respectively to measure the effect of Siwu Tang on HFCL proliferation, cell cycle and proteinexpression. Siwu Tang can promote HFCL proliferation, increase proliferative index, up-regulate 12 kinds of proteins and down-regulate 5 kinds of proteins of HFCL. Through promoting HFCL proliferation and acting on multipleprotein targets, the blood enriching function of Siwu Tang was exerted indirectly.
