Intravenous narcosis was applied while performing surgical correction of consequences of traumatic damage of tissues using microsurgical technique. The targeted value of systolic arterial pressure, organoprotective delivery and organoprotective consumption of oxygen were used as criterions of the anesthesia adequacy.
