Results of treatment of 1035 patients with an acute intestinal impassability (AII) were analyzed. There were determined advantages of the ultrasonic investigation (USI) in comparison with roentgenological investigation. Diagnostic validity of USI, not depending on the All origin, had constituted 100% and of roentgenological investigation--33-78%. Modern diagnosis and adequate volume of operative intervention had permitted to improve the results of the patients treatment with All. The mortality rate had constituted 3.3% (43 patients died).
