Method of creation of gastroenteroanastomosis (GEA) on valve-spur (V-S) was used during 234 surgeries (subtotal resection of the stomach, resection of (2/3) and (1/2) of it, antrumectomy with selective vagotomy). This method improves results of surgeries, reduces rate of postresection syndromes, increases resistance of the anastomotic zone to ulcerous-destructive processes under the conditions of high acid and protease production function of the gastric stump.
