A 24-year-old male patient at the RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, Calcutta, West Bengal, India, with features simulating severe orbital cellulitis underwent emergency management for his systemic problems. Subsequent CT scan and histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of rhinosporidiosis. Definitive surgical treatment was done to remove the suspected papillomatous mass which led to his marked improvement.
