The author indicates the tasks and the method for prophylactic gynecological examinations during child's age. He makes an analysis of the results from the examination of 1280 children and girls. Data on inflammatory gynecological diseases are most frequent, followed by disturbances in the menstrual cycle. The author describes the ways for differentiation of gynecological diseases and the groups for dyspensary observation.
