Situations that confront the individual with the question of death, and create difficulties in his life, are numerous. The encounter can be traumatic and lead the subject to isolate himself from the world of speaking beings. It is important to be able to make an offer of treatment without delay. By encouraging the subject to resume a relationship of speech, one must progressively bring him out of the very private bond that ties him to the trauma.
