Occupational therapy is an important factor in psychiatric care structures. Treatments based on individual necessities for persons with psychiatric disorders and handicaps. Arrangement and self-employment are ergotherapeutic aims to independent acting. Creative, competence orientated and interpersonal acting are basic subjects of a modern and in quality occupational therapy. Conceptions and evaluation are elements of occupational therapy. Effects of ergotherapeutic methods in diagnosis and therapy are decisive economical importance. Further professionalism and academically instruction are logical consequences.
