Aus den Ergebnissen der Studie geht hervor, dass nach 24 Stunden 35% im Urin, 15% im Kot, insgesamt also 50 % der gegebenen Radioaktivität von der Ratte wieder ausgeschieden worden sind. Diese biologische Halbwertszeit nach oraler Gabe ist in guter Übereinstimmung mit derjenigen nach intravenöser Gabe. Die Werte passen ferner gut zu der Eliminierungsgeschwindigkeit der Radioaktivität aus dem Blut nach oraler Gabe von 14C-Na-274.
