During bacteriological investigation, conducted in children of early age for generalized septic state in the septic shock (SS) period, there was established predominance of gramnegative conditionally pathogenic microorganisms. Initially there was noted the increase of peroxidal oxidation of lipids (POL) intensity with suppression of cellular and humoral immunity factors. Application of the medical plasmapheresis method and immunoglobulin in complex treatment of SS renders stimulative influence on homeostasis, promotes favourable course of the disease, prevention of complications.
