102 patients with chronic purulent rhinosinusitis were treated with irrigation of the paranasal sinuses with ozone-oxygen mixture. A total of 5-7 procedures were performed. 30 control patients were treated conventionally. 89% of the study group patients recovered 4.3 days earlier than the controls.
