The introductory part of the work deals with the problems of haemorrhage in dentistry as well as with its etiology. In the second part of the work the author describes the method of investigation with Dicynone preparation in four test groups. The results ore presented statistically. The author concludes his work with the following: This preparation in the form of tablets or ampules for i. m., i. v., per os or for local application presents a new haemostatic that is successfully applied in many fields of medicine. It reduces the bleeding time by 50 per cent. The patients stand it well because it does not cause any of the undesirable effects. An easy application and a great certainty in success justify its use in stomatological practice as well.
