Dependence of parthenogenetic development ability of in vitro matured cow oocytes from their "aging" had been studied. It had been showed the possibility of parthenogenetic development of physiologically matured cow oocytes after inhibition of the first meiotic division and treatment with ethanol at least to 8-16-cell stage embryos.
