The authors carried out studies on 8 volunteers with normal renal function after a single dose of 5-nitrox of 200 to 250 mg (mean 3 mg/kg of body weight). The dynamics of concentrations in plasma and urine was discovered. On the basis of the obtained experimental data the therapeutic scheme of application was indicated. The comparative studies with the analogous preparation 5-nok (of the firm LEK-Lubliana), administered on the same contingent under the same conditions of the trial, showed similar results both in respect of plasma concentrations and in respect of its excretion in urine.
