The author reports four observations of pseudotumoral, cervical, lymphadenitis observed in children, three in West Indies and one in Africa (Haute Volta). In all cases a reticulo-histiocyte hyperplasia, with storage of lipids, disturb the normal structures of lymph nodes. The evolution is benign and is different of that of Gaucher, Niemann-Pick and Hand-Schuller Christian diseases. The author designates the disease as a lipidic-storage reticulitis.
