The authors describe a case of psychosis provoked by disulfiram therapy that clinically met all diagnostic criteria of acute organic brain syndrome. The issue of differential diagnosis considering Delirium tremens and pathological alcohol intoxication, as well as the aetiopathogenesis are discussed. In this case the principal aetiopathogenic moment was biochemical interaction of consummed coca-cola and disulfiram.
