Chez un homme de 35 ans un peu fatigué depuis un mois et demi, dysphagie récente par compression de l'oesophage due à une grosse adénopathie médiastinale à micro-calcifications. Très bon état général par ailleurs. Pas de lésion pulmonaire. Disparition de la dysphagie après quelques jours de traitement anti-tuberculeux. Grosse amélioration locale 2 mois et demi après.
