The intensive dermotension method for plastic closure of spacious wound defects of various etiology, using full-bodied cutaneous flap, was elaborated to guarantee the obtaining of plastic material volumes needed in more short terms in comparison with traditional dermotension method. The method permits to close a spacious wound defect in 93.8% of observations.
