The prognostical index (PI) is established, basing on a total marks sum and a table, elaborated for estimation of morphological and functional disorders severity, occurred while bullet injury. According to each of five clinico-prognostical groups established, basing on a PI value, the therapeutical management is conducted. The lethality lowering in 1.6 times was permitted due to the proposed prognostical scheme application.
