The prevalence and incidence rates of mental disorders in outpatient contingent were analyzed during 1985-1995 years. Their dynamics was examined in terms of nosology, sex, age and social aspects. The dependence was observed between the prevalence and incidence rates and the conditions of financial support of psychiatric departments, social and economic situation in the country, pecullarities of organization and resources of psychiatric services.
