A rare case of possible glomerular thrombosis during pregnancy is reported in a patient with active systemic lupus erythematosus and the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies. Acute renal impairment was restored by administrating infusions of heparin. Cesarean section was performed due to fetal distress, and resulted the live birth of a healthy infant.
