Influences of the container material on aggregation of particles in suspension aerosols was investigated. The study embraced three series of aerosol preparations of hydrocortisone and tetracycline hydrochloride. The aggregation process was followed in aerosols placed in inside varnished metal containers, in metal containers not varnished inside, and in glass vessels. The lowest aggregation degrees were found in metal containers varnished inside, and the highest in glass vessels. Statistical analysis has showed that kind of the container material determines in 8.5% changes in the aggregate size, and their frequency.
