In this study all cells of the normal bovine mammary gland are described by means of electron microscopic investigations. The ultrastructural features and differences of the alveolar cells of the mammary ducts, the myoepithelial cells, the lymphocytes, the fibroblasts, the fibrocytes, the mast cells, and the macrophages are emphasized. The paper aims to identify the various cells in the milk.
