In a group of 90 patients with SAH the influence of the selected parameters an the clinical condition following the haemorrhage was studied. The clinical condition of the patients assessed by means of the WFNS scale was correlated with the location and size of the aneurysm, patient's age, systemic blood pressure and blood presence in subarachnoid space on CT examination.
