American ophthalmologists compared notes on patient care recently with Professor Wallace S. Foulds, M.D., Head of the Department of Ophthalmology, University of Glasgow. The result, Professor Foulds concluded, was that eye care in this country and Scotland is very much the same, with perhaps a few minor differences in delivery.
