Discussed treatment results of 15 patients with larynx cancer on whom a partial laryngectomy was performed. In each case, the scope of carcinoma required the performance of a broad, fronto-lateral laryngectomy. The observations have been made 4 and 5 years. Results have proven satisfactory, both from the oncological standpoint as well as from the perspective of the larynx function.
