In this report we describe hypospadias in a new congenital anomaly in Bowen-Conradi syndrome, a true MCA/MR syndrome characterized by facial dysmorphism, congenital glaucoma or corneal opacity, flexion contractures of fingers and toes and cardiac malformations.
