The characteristics of the protein and lipid metabolic indices of poultry farmers with extrinsic allergic alveolitis

The content of albumins, globulin fractions and cholesterol was studied in blood serum of poultry breeders with exogenic allergic alveolitis (EAA) having different service terms. Breeders suffering from EAA with service term of 1-20 years show a decrease in the albumin content and an increase in globulin fractions and cholesterol in blood which may indicate liver disturbances and hypercholesterolemia.
