The histopathology, clinical manifestations, and laboratory findings in two cases of ectopic fascioliasis in Egypt are described. The first case was associated with a haematoma of the anterior abdominal wall and the second case with an abscess of the medial wall of the upper thigh. The clinical and laboratory findings are discussed.
