The effect of hot climate on physiological factors in the prevention of the development of renal diseases was studied in 49 male athletes. The experiment was carried out in deserts in Kazakhstan. It was found that a hot climate creates kidney-sparing conditions which decreases renal blood flow, proteinuria, metabolic processes, water, electrolyte and nitrous substance perspiration from the skin, and systemic arterial pressure. The results of the study make it possible to consider climatotherapy combined with diet therapy and controlled thermoregulation a promising tool for preventing progress in renal diseases.
