Cervical spondylosis accompanied by urinary bladder disturbances in 38 patients was treated orthopedically in an attempt to improve the associated urinary bladder disturbances. Urodynamic examinations revealed that severe urinary bladder symptoms associated with detrusor sphincter dyssynergia are resistant to surgical and conservative treatment.
