Status of the homeostasis and the characteristics of infusion therapy of hemorrhage in patients with the portal hypertension syndrome

Basing on the study of homeostasis and hemodynamics parameters in 231 patients with portal hypertension (92 with extrahepatic portal hypertension, 99 with compensated cirrhosis of the liver and 40 with cirrhosis of the liver in decompesation stage), characteristics of infusion therapy are considered depending on the volume of blood loss (10% of circulating blood volume, CBV, up to 20% of CBV, 20-40% of CBV and over 40% of CBV).
