This Iraq Resolution provides that a "husband official" shall be granted a family allowance of 25 dinars a month for every child above the third that is delivered by his wife. The allowance is to continue until the child reaches the age of three. If the couple has separated, the wife is to receive the allowance unless she has been deprived of custody of the child.
