This Order specifies (i) the animals and products which are to be tested by the veterinary inspector of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (live animals of all species, except fish for human consumption; sperm and ova; embryos; eggs to be incubated; animal feeding products; manure; skins, wool, feathers, etc.; and veterinary drugs) and (ii) the products which are to be tested by the veterinary inspector of the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs (meat and meat products for human consumption; fish and fish products for human consumption; milk and milk products for human consumption; eggs and egg products, except eggs to be incubated; honey, snails and frogs' legs; other animal products for human consumption; and raw materials of animal origin for the pharmaceutical industry).
