Human heart cells RNA-synthesis was investigated by electron-microscopic radioautography in the 3rd, 4th, 8th and 13th hour after death. In many blood vessels cells and in some myocytes via creation of adequate regimen a capacity to restore RNA-synthesis persevered for 8-13 hours after death.
