The paper describes a cooperative agreement and work regulations newly worked out by the Kerpsleben Cooperative Council. The new document includes a greater obligation of the cooperative partners to work together and widens the authority of the Council. In particular it has greater rights and authority in coordination, planning and balancing accounts for cooperative activities, for submitting the draft plan to the Local Authority, for organizing some competitions, and in the creation and use of joint funds.
