The first article, in part 7, sets out a draft agreement for local cooperation between livestock and cropping cooperatives and state farms in the GDR. These proposals are discussed by cooperative farmers from Wachau in the Dresden area in part 9 and from Lewig in Ludwigslust in part 10. Part 15 concludes with a round table discussion on the same theme.
