The state of surface membrane of red blood cells and blood platelets, blood platelet adhesion to glass, red blood cell deformability, viscosity of the whole blood and plasma were studied in patients with coronary heart disease who had been subjected to blood gravitation surgery correction in the combined treatment. Normalization of all the parameters studied was recorded alter inclusion of the methods of extracorporeal regulation of blood aggregation into the combined treatment. An attempt has been made to explain the mechanisms of gravitation surgery effect on the morphological and functional properties of blood cells and rheologic parameters.
