The av. percentages of IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4 resp. in total IgG in colostrum/milk of approx. 10 women were 85.45, 8.25, 5.19 and 1.14 on day 2, 85.05, 7.70, 6.21 and 1.08 on day 3, 85.89, 7.00, 5.14 and 1.88 on day 4, and 84.3, 10.9, 3.38 and 1.46 on days 49-266. This compared with values of 61.01, 24.53, 9.98 and 3.23 in saliva, similar to the values reported for serum.
